Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 117. Follow Route 36 south. After crossing the Sea Bright drawbridge bear right and follow the entrance to the Sandy Hook Unit of Gateway National Park.
From the south:
Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 105. Follow the signs for Route 36 North (east). This will take you through Eatontown and Long Branch. At the intersection with Ocean Ave turn left. Continue through Sea Bright. The park entrance will be on the right.
From the Park Entrance:
Head north past the toll booths for approximately 4 miles, following the signs to the lighthouse and Fort Hancock. Park in the lighthouse parking lot. The Marine Academy is on your right. The MAST ETTC Satellite Training Center is located in building #317 (a.k.a. the media center).
