If your school is in need of any technology services, please submit an Information Technology Help Request to the Technology Group.
To begin, pick ONE of the submission methods listed below.

1. Download the Information Technology Help Request Form [Acrobat PDF Format]
2. Complete all information at the top of the form, including a detailed description of the problem/request.
3. FAX-in or inter-office mail your form to the Tech Group.

Please do not send duplicates of the same Help Request.
