Copyright Into Infinity

This Just IN from the founding FCP Teacher:

Teachers - Please stress to your students that if they use copyrighted music (just saw one with a Taylor Swift song) that according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act that we'll be forced to take down the video. We've already gotten takedown notices from Ning before and the content and sometimes the whole student profile is deleted!

They CANNOT use copyrighted music for these videos. I know it is a problem and upsets the students but some of the very early winners of FCP projects had their videos removed from youtube for this very reason - completely deleted and gone forever.

Please comply!!
Thanks for your cooperation!
