Dr. Dina Ellsworth, teacher of AP Biology and Biomedical Engineering at HTHS has been selected as the recipient of the DuPont Excellence in Teaching Award by DuPont. This prestigious award is presented to two teachers who demonstrate extraordinary teaching skills, effectively communicate STEM inquiry and learning, and possess a remarkable talent for motivating and supporting their students.
The award includes a monetary prize, a commemorative plaque, and an all expenses paid trip to the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) with the 2027 ISEF team.
