Admissions

Students must take part in an four-day prevocational evaluation prior to being admitted into the school. Child study teams from the home school submit an application for this prevocational evaluation. The evaluation is free to sending districts and is used to help place students in areas of interest should they enter the school. 

Prevocational Evaluation

This program provides initial short-term occupational assessment and exploratory experiences necessary for a student to begin the process of course selection and vocational preparation. Work samples designed to provide hands-on experience in various occupational areas are selected for each student to complete. As a result of the prevocational experience, the student's interests, abilities, and aptitudes are identified for vocational direction.

The current application must be fully completed and emailed to Lily Occhipinti (locchipinti@ctemc.org) by the application deadline.

All medical action plans must accompany students who have any medical conditions: asthma, allergies, diabetes, seizures, etc.

All applications must have a copy of the student's current IEP and A-45 health form

When scheduling, please choose a session # and time slot: (AM) 7:30am-10:20am OR (PM) 11:30am-2:15pm.
