Payroll Coordinator

Full-Time 12-Month Position

Immediate Opening, Administrative Office, Freehold, NJ

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in payroll processing required, including maintaining employee health benefits.

Applicant must understand payroll, state pension reporting, unemployment claims, benefits laws and   administration.

Have a working knowledge of FMLA/NJFLA requirements and state and federal tax laws.

Candidate should have exceptional math skills and   be able to reconcile bank statements.

Proficiency with Systems 3000 Payroll and Excel expected.

Experience with Kronos time clocks, a plus.

Embodies high ethical standards and integrity.

Substitute Teachers

N.J. Teaching Certificate, Certificate of Eligibility,

60 college credits, or 4 years trade experience.
